The emperor salamander is about 50ft tall making it the one of the largest creatures ever to exist, this amphibious lives in warm climates around beaches and lagoons , the most dominate male has the biggest mane and shows it off as a sign of dominance. whilst the female species do not have a mane, if around today they would be able to send a tank hurling with one swing of it's tail
when looking at the inspiration of this creature I looked at chinese new year dragons,salamanders,lions, lionfish and komodo dragons
